Performance Diesel Group – Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at time of service or purchase unless prior written credit terms have been approved. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved fleet accounts. All roadside and towing services require payment authorization before dispatch.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on initial diagnosis and may change if additional issues are discovered. Labor time is billed in accordance with actual time spent. Diagnostic and dispatch fees are non-refundable.
Parts Sales & Returns
Electrical, electronic, special-order, and installed parts are non-returnable. All other returns require prior authorization and may be subject to a restocking fee. Parts damaged, installed, or ordered incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for return.
Warranties
Parts warranties are limited to the manufacturer’s warranty only. Performance Diesel Group does not warranty labor on customer-supplied parts. No warranty applies to failures caused by misuse, improper installation, or operating conditions beyond manufacturer specifications.
Roadside & Towing Services
Roadside repairs are performed to restore mobility when possible and may be temporary in nature. Performance Diesel Group is not responsible for pre-existing damage, consequential damages, cargo loss, or downtime resulting from breakdowns or towing.
Authorization
By requesting service or purchasing parts, the customer confirms they are authorized to approve repairs and charges. Verbal, written, or electronic authorization constitutes approval to proceed.
Storage & Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles left beyond 48 hours after service completion may incur storage fees. Unclaimed vehicles may be subject to lien or disposal in accordance with applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Performance Diesel Group’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or part provided. Under no circumstances shall Performance Diesel Group be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are performed.
